Monday Chris was at the gym. When he does his bench press he doesn't wrap his thumbs around the bar. I don't know why?! So He was pumpin' away and the bar rolled out of his hands and landed on his chest. 250 lb. Bounced twice on his rib cage before his buddy spotting him was able to catch it. He said it took his breath away for a good 10 minutes but he was fine. He had other friends that were a there accross the other side of the room and said they could actually see his chest cave in.

So Wednesday he was at the gym again. Not totally sure what the exact term of the exercises is... but it looks like this... with more wait, shorter socks, longer shorts, and a much better looking man of course :)

Anyway... he felt pop pop pop and dropped his weights. He said it felt like he had pulled his pectoral muscle. I probably heard him say "ow" atleast 15 times during the night.
So he went to the Dr. today and it turns out he actually has a cracked rib. Poor guy.
