Purim.

Last weekend we were invited to a Purim party. 

It's a costume party, and we LOVE costume parties!

We waited way to long to put our customes together, so they didn't turn out well at all. 

We were going for 50's greasers.

We had a super fun night regardless.

And I scored a pair of really cute shoes that I just had to have for my costume :)

This month I also got braces

and chopped my hair off

11 inches of hair for locks of love

I love these pictures Chris took of the dogs on Monday. 

They love the pond by our house. 

I hate to take them because they drench me every time.

And the grass makes my legs itch. 

They are super crazy!

Bros

I'm missing my brothers today. 

Cole was always my best buddy.

I use to dress him up like a girl and tell the neighbors "she" was my cousin from out of town.

I was sure they believed me :)

Miles has always looked out for me,

well except for when he was beating me up.

I've always know he would do anything for me

Every girl needs a brother like Miles. 

He has definitely gone above the call of duty for me too many times. 

Wade is an awesome guy.

I think I was in high school when I realized I wanted my husband to have the same qualities as Wade.

I think he is the BEST cook... and he is a GREAT dad!

So is Vince.

I am so proud of him for going back to school full time,

while raising 6 kids and working full time too.

I'm told they used me as bate to pick up the ladies

Smart fellas.

I am so thankful for my brothers, big and little.

Weather

Three days ago 

on the first day of spring

and the last day of spring break

this was happening...

I spent the day in sweats and Uggs

reading and watching reruns

eating pancakes and chili with a good friend

Today it was 79 degrees

I drove with my sunroof open

sipped on diet Dr. Pepper 

and listened to American Honey over and over

If only I wasn't driving to class

it quite possibly could have been the perfect day :)
