We had a great Thanksgiving!

Landyn Found all kinds of fun toys in the toy box at NeNe's house.

One of my favorite things about the holidays are all the fun traditions.
We started two new traditions this year.

The first one I stole from here
I think this will be really fun to look back at every year,
and see how our family changes and grows.
Next year our little nugget will be part of the group picture :)

The second tradition I hope we continue:
Gingerbread House Competition

in between frosting and candy breaks,
Landyn found time to help his mom and dad :)

While the rest of us were hard at work,
our judges were snuggling sweet baby Jayce.

Here are our masterpieces...

I promised not to name who made which house,
Some of us had a harder time than others :)

Isn't he so handsome with a baby in his arms?!

Blessed

With it being Thanksgiving and all,
I can't help but think of all our many blessing.
Chris and I have been blessed with so much!

Most of all this year, we are thankful to finally have our very own
little turkey in my oven :)

I am thankful for the sweet moments Chris and I get to share
together, just the two of us.

Last night we were lying in bed, listening to the pouring rain outside,
talking about baby stuff.
He was asking me if being pregnant was what I had always pictured,
and he wanted to know more about what it was like for me to be pregnant.

We can't believe how fast time is going by?!
Only 14 weeks to go... I don't know how that is possible.

I am thankful time is passing quickly!
Being pregnant is great, but I want my little stinker here in my arms:)

Then we tried to imagine what it will be like at the hospital
when our little guy is being born.
Neither of us have any clue how much this baby is going to rock our world...
although I'd like to think I do.

I am thankful to be pregnant.
I am thankful our baby boy will have the best daddy of them all!

I am thankful for our families, and friends.
I am thankful for our home, our jobs, and our faith.
I am even thankful for my dog...
even though she just drank too much water and chunked on my floor.

Happy Thanksgiving Ya'll

Family

My mom, brother Miles, sister Mackenzie, and her boyfriend Jon
came to Oklahoma this past weekend for a little visit.
We spent our time eating, playing lots of games, and solving the worlds problems.
I am so thankful they were all able to come visit.

Next time I see them I will have or be having a baby?!

I look rather huge here :)
...and scroungey

The wii-tards

Chris took this on accident... pretty cool though!

on our way to the airport... after mom rolled the window up on her head.
I hate goodbyes!

Looks

We got this picture at my Dr. appointment yesterday.
Isn't he cute?! :)
I can't help but wonder who he will looks like...

We learned last week that he has a 50%
chance of having red hair.
I thought the odds would be much higher!

We can't wait to meet him!
