Last night we announced to family and friends if our baby is a BOY or GIRL.
A few months ago I heard about a gender reveal party for the first time and knew we would be having one.
To be honest, I felt a little obnoxious, but am so happy we went with it.
Our appointment was at 10:30 am.
I couldn't sleep all night, due to anticipation.
Finally it was my turn to go back!
As soon as the ultrasound pulled up we knew what we were having.
This baby is not shy :)
Now the challenge was keeping out mouths shut until 6:30 PM.
I forgot to take a picture until the end...
after I had given the blue outfit to Chris' sister who is due in November with a baby boy.
As you can see Team Girl definitely outnumbered Team Boy.
for the record I was not on team boy or team girl...
Im only standing with Macy for moral support :)
And then the big reveal....
IT'S A BOY!
His little hiney is towards the top, and there is a leg on either side.
Chris and I were so surprised because 3 weeks prior my Dr. had told us he was 80% sure we would be having a girl. Im glad we decided to wait a few more weeks before announcing our big news!
...With an exception of few family members we told while we were in Phoenix.
8 pink and 2 blue= 80% sure
We are so excited to meet this little boy!
Chris' reaction in the Dr.s office was similar to a pig squealing :)
We would both be happy for boy of girl, but lets be honest, every Dad needs a son!
Thank you everyone who was able to make it, and share this experience with us.

Reading these and looking at the hand writing I notice that most of them are written by 2 young ladies :)
Thank you Macy and Shelby for all the ideas!
We read threw these with a couple of friends on their way out the door.
After reading "Colby" the guys think we need to name him Colby Jack Mack.
He no doubt will be orange and white :)
Thanks, but NO!
