It's official. I'm 23! I was lucky enough to be able to celebrate for a week and a half :)

lucky?

I was feeling a bit lucky last week.

At the Drillers baseball game Chris caught a ball with the winning number. The prize was a cup, t-shirt and a $1 scratch off game... we won $2 from the scratcher.

Wednesday, Chris was offered a new position with his company, and he accepted.

And on Sunday Chris got pulled over for going 58mph in a 35mph zone and he didn't even get a ticket.

I need to go to Vegas while luck is still on our side :) I guess it is mostly on Chris' side, but whatever.

I love the 4th of July!

I finally finished a craft I had been working on yesterday. Pretty cute I must say.

Some of my favorite memories are from spending the 4th @ my Aunt Patty's cabin in CA!

K so this one is actually from new years a few years ago. I figure it works because
there are fireworks involved. That night we (by we I really mean Jared) accidentally started 3 lawn fires with this one firework... pretty amazing :)

JULY

July is one of my busiest months for BIRTHDAYS!

July 1st- Tanner.

We are 19 days apart. I love Tanner so much that I pooped on the sidewalk at his first birthday party. I hope you had a happy 23rd Tanner!

July 2nd- Misty

I have always looked up to Misty, and remember wanting to be just like her when I grew up! She is the best sister and friend a girl could ask for! Happy Birthday Mist!

July 5th- Carter

Carter man is my little buddy! I got to live with my sister when he was just a little nugget, so I have an extra special bond with this guy. I can't believe he is going to be 8 in just a few days!

July 10th- Miles and Cole

I always thought Miles and Cole were so lucky to have their birthdays on the same day.
Both these boys mean so much to me. Cole has always been my buddy and partner in crime. And Miles has been a great father-ish figure. He's the one I looked up to and depended on after my parents divorce. I know there isn't anything either of them wouldn't do do help me!
They both gave me my fare share of beatings of the years!
I sure love these two and am so thankful to have them as my brothers! :)
